And now a friendly retrospective on the year 2007

It is difficult for me to believe that in a few hours this year numerically known as 2007 will end and a new year, numerically known as 2008, will begin. For some around the world, the year known as 2007 has already ended. I say it’s numerically known as 2007 because for me, this past year does have a name that is not exclusive to the numbers 0-infinity. It has a number of names, a number of identities, and to go through with all those identities would, quite frankly, take a few thousand words. (So then why did I mention this naming at all…?)

On Egg Nog and Crafts

Oh my! Is that a mistake? Is there REALLY  a “non” before the “IB” in the category I chose for this post? Why yes, Delilah. Why yes, Joe. Why yes, Mary Jane. That is NO mistake. There is such a thing as non-IB life after all!
I am currently on “holiday,” also known as a “break.” As such, I’ve decided to update this blog on all the wonderful gripes I have related to IB. But that’s not the point of this post.

I’m not really sure what to say about Egg Nog, except perhaps that..I love egg nog. Even to the point that I have a collection of recipes for it (no kidding there). :P

Now for the Crafts part.

There, I had Crafts in that sentence…

(At this point, I’d like to mention that writing about non-IB life is very difficult because everything I do is now related somehow to IB. Having a blog is very IB-ish. More on that later).

The New Home

So now that I have everything furnished here in my new home, I believe it is most appropriate that I start ranting furiously again. Before that, let me introduce this site.

IB has a penchant for blogs, so it’s only fair that I continue the one I began a few months ago. There is really very little difference between this blog and my old one, apart from the theme and the fact that I now have complete control over the blog.

If you are a newb to IB, feel free to visit the About page.

And now I conclude this post…I have lots to say.

You may ask, where the heck have you been?

Well for one thing, I have disappeared off the face of the internet. And another thing, I have moved this site.
